Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Planet Squared's products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Planet Squared's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by Planet Squared, Inc. from its offices in Huntington Beach, California. Governing Law for this Agreement shall be the law of the state of California and its terms are to be interpreted consistent therewith. Jurisdiction for disputes arising under this contract shall be exclusively in California and you agree to wave jurisdiction in any other state or nation. Venue to be proper in the County of Orange, California, USA. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portion hereof shall remain in full force and effect and such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the parties and shall be reformed to the extent necessary to make such provisions valid and enforceable.

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Planet Squared. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Planet Squared may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Planet Squared's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Planet Squared, you must promptly destroy all materials or information otherwise obtained through use of this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
