Concert tickets are non-refundable. If the show is cancelled by the venue, we will immediately notify you and reschedule another date with the venue. All pre-sale tickets purchased for the show will be honored and accepted at the rescheduled date and location.

Purchases for t-shirts & cd's are guaranteed not to be defective. If by chance merchandise is defective, simply return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement at no charge.

Orders placed today for t-shirts & cd's will be delivered via USPS within 7- 10 business days. A signature may be required at the time of delivery, so we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in the State of California. CA residents, 8.25% will be applied to your order. Outside of California, no sales tax will be applied.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, as well as VISA and Mastercard sponsored debit cards. For your protection, all credit card orders are encrypted, secured and privately processed by our Authorized Service provider "2checkout.com". To add an item to your shopping cart, just select "Buy It". You can review the items in your shopping cart at any time by selecting view cart / checkout. To process your order, just select "checkout" and follow the simple instructions. You will then receive an automatic email confirming your order.

Planet Squared is unable to refund merchandise that has been opened, used, altered or damaged. Please make sure to re-pack the merchandise in the original shipping package. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. Planet Squared does not accept COD's.
